Something for work
David has spent his entire corporate working life in regional HR positions including his most recent internship in the UK. His focus on the development of people and organizations has not changed even after he started working as an HR consultant, Interim HR manager, trainer and coach in 2016. His passion is his Good Dad project, which helps dads combine fatherhood and care for their children and organizations to find solutions to enable dads to do this. He talks about this topic in particular as a public speaker at many conferences.
Something personal
David is a "quiet force". He doesn't talk much, but his words carry weight and power. He is a person whose personal development, as well as the development of others, is his engine and life path. In recent years, he has intensively studied coaching and NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) in Great Britain, which he finished with the NLP Master Practitioner certification. In addition, since the birth of his three children, he is a father in body and soul and spends most of his free time with the children.
