The humancraft story
We started as a garage in a villa in Chabry. Most of the people who are with us today have experienced our "House", as we called it. We lived together, cooked our own lunches, threw parties for 150 people and enjoyed two things - the freedom to do what we liked and the punk that accompanied it all in the beginning.
The bond that formed between us then shaped humancraft as it is today. It's not that punk anymore and our clients don't sleep in the bathtub in the bathroom anymore either. We all grew up, wised up and families came into our lives and with them responsibility and joy outside the company.
We have much more comprehensive services, a large team of lecturers and we want to take good care of everyone. But what we have left and no one will take away from us is the fact that humancraft is a second family for all of us, and it determines its daily life and the relationships between the people who make it up today.

This is where it all started…

"Domček" U Vétrolam - this is where it all started. Clients came to our meeting room in the living room, and when there was no room, then to the pool. Simply start-up style, as it should be!

2003
We are founding DEVELOR!

It was time for a change and the founding of Develor. Standa Tichý, a hookah lover at the time, joined the team. The first Christmas party in Hungary took place. Martin Hoidar also joins, and shortly after him Kája Tichá (then still single).

2004
We are still at the beginning

We are still small and we have no idea that it is all just beginning. We enjoy our youth, shared experiences and laugh a lot - but we also have a lot of work to do.

2005
Everest, new faces

David Fojtík conquers Mt. Everest without oxygen, with Develor on top! Jana Horáková arrives, who now leads our assessment centers for new trainers with Bea. Hojdy is celebrating 24 years, and it's still alive at the house!

2006
2007 plays cards for lovers

Petr Moravec (Pedro) came to us by accident - he went for an interview at another company, but accidentally knocked on our door. He stayed with us for another 16 years! The Fojtíks have a wedding and Kája and Standa start dating. The first "Cooking with Develor" for our clients is underway.

2007
We camped in Meteora

We are moving to Meteor, where we share offices with Adwise. And what must not be missing? Football of course! Our joint parties are enriched by standa's guitar performances - that's the atmosphere we just love!

2008
A crisis and another wedding are coming

The crisis knocked on our door too, and business is not going as well as before, but we are holding on. Kája and Standa say "yes" to each other and we don't give up at development events - for example, we play princesses and dragons. Even in difficult times we can find fun!

2009
Certification Mr. Kirkpatrick and the first tender game

We received a prestigious certification from Mr. Kirkpatrick, and his method has become an integral part of our training to this day. And the first "tender game" has arrived - it's getting really serious!

2010
The start of training is known

We have 689 training days behind us! As part of TTT, we tried team coaching and Insights personality typologies, testing everything we teach on ourselves. Another unforgettable DIRECT meeting took place in Hungary!

2011
We continue to grow

At TTT we learned first aid and also the concept of "Leadership 4 Safety". And with the growth of the company comes new faces, which must be properly integrated. We always enjoy this very much.

2012
"We're traveling to the North Pole"

We are developing a new game where Amundsen and I go to the North Pole! Today you know it as "Leadership with Shackleton". David Fojtík proves to be a real "expert" on non-verbal communication. The third "Cooking with Develor" took place already. Bea joins the team and immediately gets down to cleaning. And let's not forget the "Training on Trial" simulation - who will be guilty this time?

2013
Hot coals and the birth of LEAP

The first walk on hot coals on a company trip - an unforgettable experience! The LEAP Leadership program was born, which is still in demand among clients today. This time at TTT, we not only exchanged experiences, but also danced during the icebreaker. This year's DIRECT was held in Poland and we had a blast performing together - Develor has talent!

2014
Client on stage and new office

At TTT, we learned directly from the client about their current challenges and needs. The legendary Develor Ladies Night took place and we are moving the office to Karlínská náměstí, where we are still today. Týna, the future wife of Martin Hoidar and a volleyball expert, played summer beach volleyball with us (but that's a secret for now!).

2015
Party and wedding

Offsite we simulated the popular show Partička and the third Training on Trial took place. Martin Hoidar is getting married to volleyball player Týna! Jana Křížková joins the team (we recommend the Sales Cafe podcast with Jana) and Zorka, our relationship manager. This time, Santa Claus went to the Adwise office, where Tom Hrouda returned to his role as Santa Claus.

2016
TTT in Hungary and personal stories

On trips to Hungary, we shared powerful, personal stories and got to know each other a little better. The Kouladačka at the Hoidars was a big event, and Hojdy announced his new project – he's going to be a dad! A Direct meeting also took place in Bořetice, which only underlined the atmosphere of the action year.

2018
We are always on the move

Me as the devil disguised as Batman? Yes, that is an unforgettable Santa with us! The legendary Develor Night, Direct meeting in Donovaly, CSR TTT in Bořetice and "Cafe with Develor" were also held - simply a year full of great events and experiences.

2017
Hojdy's year

At the beginning of the year, we went on a secret company trip to Cyprus. The task was to pack for both winter and summer - no one knew where we were going. Our shareholder structure is strengthened by a new member - Martin Hoidar!

2019
New beginnings and challenges

The year DEVELOR stepped down, humancraft was born. Covid did not stop us, on the contrary – online training and events for clients ran at full speed. We even managed to get Lumina certified. Kája is celebrating 40, which we duly celebrated at the Craft offsite near Sázava. TeamRocks is also starting!

2020
Lipno, coals and virtual meeting

The virtual form of meeting continues - even in our development center and the traditional Inspirofest. The partners went on a shareholder trip – this time to Lipno and took their loved ones and children with them. And because there's never enough adventure, we finished it off by crossing hot coals at Indian Inspiration Days!

2021
Hello Europe

In a year full of celebrations, we blew out 40 candles for Martin Hoidar, 50 candles for David Fojtík, and in the meantime we managed two offsite trips, Craft days and a family weekend.
We launched our expansion into Europe with new foreign trainers, and we still had time left for Inspirofest in Slovakia, the humanbrand conference with BrandBakers and the first meeting with international trainers in Prague. And to make it complete, a new online meeting machine is already working in the chancellery!

2022
A year full of events

The year 2023 was packed with events that revitalized both our internal and external activities. We organized the humanbrand conference, the Cooking with Humancraft events in Prague and Bratislava, and participated in HRComm Chopok and HRko in Ostrava. Six development teambuildings were also held during the year.
As far as experiences are concerned, we climbed Sněžka, enjoyed an unforgettable trip to Lago Maggiore, and this time we spent the traditional family weekend on the water. On the professional front, Bea Brosková shined, who won the Lecturer of the Year award, and we also developed a new gamified leadership product, Mammoth Hunters.
The year 2023 also brought changes in the management of the company - from now on we only have four partners.
