Something for work
Thanks to many years of experience in various management roles, Vláďa learned that choosing the right people, paying attention to them and developing their potential is the most important task of a leader. And because "change is life" he decided to join humancraft and do - as he says - "what I enjoy in a group of people who have the same thing".
Something personal
Vláďa lived in Žižkov and every year he observed "those fools who run around Běchovice". Although he could not imagine how someone could run 10 km, he decided to try it. Today, these short tracks no longer attract him - you can meet him at marathons, the Beskydy 7 or 24-hour races. And because he is a car and motorcycle enthusiast, he often hits the road according to the motto "The road is the goal".

6) What do you think are the biggest challenges facing corporate education today and how is humancraft trying to address these challenges?
Acquire and retain skilled and key people. At humancraft, we help companies develop their people, and this not only improves their performance, but also shows them that the company cares about them and thus increases loyalty.
