1) How would you describe your work in one sentence?
I help people be better at what they do and happier in their lives.

The biggest influences on me were Aikido, Improvisation and Theater and Positive Psychology. I use all three in my work, especially when I involve the body in personal development.

After more than 12 years, I consider the team to be old friends.
5) What effect does your work have on your personal development and professional path?
Aikido and positive psychology are part of my daily life and rituals.
6) What do you think are the biggest challenges facing corporate education today and how is humancraft trying to address these challenges?
I think in uncertain times these challenges are still wellbeing, resilience and sustainable high performance coupled with leadership and we address these areas in training and facilitation for various clients.
