Paul enjoys having a new project and new challenges at work every day — changing industries, business cases and new people he works with every day. Pavel's strong point is his experience in strategic and operational management, market research, business development, sales and project management. Pavel has experience as Business Development Director of Office 1 Superstore International — FMCG. Pavel managed over 15 international projects to enter new markets on five continents. He has facilitated more than 1000 trainings worldwide — mostly on management and sales skills, corporate strategy and leadership.

In his free time, Pavel enjoys playing tennis, reading books, hiking and spending free time with friends, for example, at parties.
