Martin Hoidar

Martin is a typical example of a man who has grown from the top to his current role. At the beginning, he stapled manuals and held the door so that there was no draft. Then he went back for some experience to one of our clients at the time, and he would come back to us soon. After 17 years in the company, he is one of our associates, a key figure in our sales, coach and facilitator. All the clients who work with him know perfectly well that he would rather break down than refuse to lend them a helping hand. He is pragmatic, practical, honest and fair, and loves when others treat him in this way as well.

Martin, whom no one tells us differently than Hoidy, is an optimist in life, a great laid-back and a fan of Jára Cimrman. If you catch him in a bad mood, you have free training from us. He has been a sports enthusiast since he was a child. His favorite football has gone a bit sideways in recent years, as he has spent a lot of time on beach volleyball, where he supported his skillful wife. With her now she has a little rascal Viktor and an even smaller princess Klarka.
