Offsite as we like it: Working, sharing, even a little bit of the fooling

Offsite is behind us and we have a lot to talk about again! This time we met at Hotel Equitana and colleagues from the Pilsen region finally appreciated the choice of place! And how did we spend our time?

Morning on the wave of business and awards

We kicked off Monday with a business and marketing update. Sure, we're not a corporation, but we want everyone to know what's going on in the company, what events we've been to and what we're up to next year. Then it was his turn”Culturalist“- a tradition where we value humanists for different categories. Who has been on the most peepshows? Who shares the most in the channel “Sharing is caring”? Who sold the most business? We appreciated the best ones, laughed and reminded ourselves that we are all in this together.

Tender Game: When the Whole Team Makes a Bid

After lunch we started the Tender Game. This time we were preparing an offer in twenty-six people. We devised a development programme from A to Z, including follow-ups, business impact and training solutions. In addition, we also included HPLJ (High Performance Learning Journey) in the proposal, which our colleague Bea Brosková recently certified.

EOS, IT and business vision: moments of concentration (or the first signs of fatigue)

The afternoon continued EOS through the window - how the company runs, what the goals are, where we move and how we innovate. After him came the IT window - we admit that someone here showed the first signs of fatigue after a hard day. But the trading window is a reliable wake-up call - once the numbers came in, attention was back at an all-time high.

An evening full of laughter and mystery

Then we put all the reports behind us and celebrated the roundups of two great colleagues - Beuš Brosková and David Škrobánek, who have been with us for so long that we don't even count it anymore. David wanted to play The Party and so we granted his wish - who would have expected a bunch of pros to turn into a bunch of comedians so quickly! And how did the day end? This will remain a secret among insiders. We just know that whoever goes through the initiation ritual will never forget it.

The next day? Open space, Beer Game and best practice sharing

On Tuesday, we started with the Open Space method - anyone could open a topic that bothered him or that he wanted to move on. So we dealt with the busyness of coaches, how to increase NPS, cooperation between the back office and coaches or the style of promotion on social networks.

The Beer Game was not only fun, but a test of strategic thinking. In the afternoon, we shared best practices (and this time, oddly enough, no fuck-ups!). They talked about AI and its role in education, the concept of Speed of Trust, the Be Leader program at Tatra Bank and training with measurable impact on business for Fresenius Kabi.

It was two days full of inspiration, collaboration and great discussions. We left with our heads full of ideas and are looking forward to turning them into reality together.
