Tomáš Hrouda
Tréner, Konzultant
Something for work
Tomáš joined khumancraft in 2009, after long-term work in managerial positions in companies in the Czech Republic and abroad. Thanks to his work experience, he focused on the development of human resources in the areas of communication, personality typology, leadership and optimization of internal processes. He enjoys working with people and the opportunity to pass on knowledge, skills and principles that lead to their further advancement. In addition to the mentioned soft skills, Tomáš is an expert in the field of automotive, from production to the development of dealer networks (sales, after-sales, internal and external communication and technology). At the same time, they always try to prepare training sessions tailored to the client's needs, in a playful, experiential way, according to the well-known slogan that "the best school is a school with a game".
Something personal
Tomáš is a person who does not like to be bored. He enjoys traveling, meeting new people and experiencing new things. Thanks to this, he took advantage of the opportunity to work in Australia and the USA for a long time, where he gained a lot of unusual life and work experience. Interested in lifestyle news, tech, especially cars, but generally anything that moves and snarls. Tomáš believes that a person will not learn anything new on his own - in order to move forward, you need to meet new people and get to know new places.
1) How would you describe your work in one sentence?
I help people to move forward, personally and professionally, to overcome challenges and stereotypes.
2) What has influenced you in your life and how is it reflected in your work?
Lots of things, parents, friends, partner, people I met and places I visited. I try to pass on the good and important from my experiences.
3) Why do you work for humancraft?
Professionalism inside and out, a great group of people, a lot of inspiration, diversity and a wide scope, the opportunity to be part of interesting projects.
4) What has been your biggest challenge in humancraft so far?
This is connected to covid - from one day to the next, all trainings were canceled and we literally had to "turn over" to an online environment within a few days.
5) What effect does your work have on your personal development and professional path?
Getting inspiration, thinking differently about the needs of clients, the opportunity to meet new people, and not just top professionals in top positions.
6) What do you think are the biggest challenges facing corporate education today and how does humancraft try to solve these challenges?
New technologies, more demanding clients and participants, uncertain funding for education related to the political and economic situation in Europe - solve them calmly and calmly, not forgetting that our clients are our priority.
