Roland has been working as a trainer and Organizational Developer expert for more than 15 years. He likes to learn and develop, especially in the field of psychology. Its primary mission is to bring together the elements—soft and hard skills, corporate and personal goals, culture and strategy—into highly profitable companies that are a joy to work for. All this with a high degree of involvement of all parties and that is the most interesting part.
Something personal
Pilgrim, explorer, traveller. Roland is still in search mode. Maybe after the best place to ride motorcycles, or a new sci-fi writer, maybe he's developing a new skill like a mud spin, or just a great place in the woods to have a cowboy night. Because the world is constantly changing, there is always something to see, something to learn, something to experience. He often steps out of his comfort zone and views these experiences as an important and essential part of his life.
