He has been in business since 2011 in 3 countries, managed 120+ employees and founded 15+ innovative gastro concepts and companies, such as the Chefparade Slovakia cooking school, self-service and specialized restaurants and a wholesaler with an annual turnover of 100+ million CZK. Thanks to this, he gained invaluable experience, which he is happy to share with the participants of his courses.
