Martin has been active in the world of marketing since 2006 and during that time he has been through both corporations and business. He considers himself a strategic marketer who likes to keep things under control, measure them, optimize... He enjoys people, he enjoys motivating and inspiring them, he enjoys creating new communication experiences together with them.
Something personal
Mountains. That's probably the main word, Martin is in them whenever possible. He is also the co-founder of "mountain DVTV" on Horu.tv, which tries to inspire people to stay in the mountains, no matter what activity they prefer. In the past, Martin has tried almost all sports, from the classics such as hockey and football, to boxing, quad biking or skydiving. In addition to mountains, he likes trail running.

I strive to make our communication professional, beneficial and fun for customers.
2) What has influenced you in your life and how is it reflected in your work?
Sports (team, motivation, endurance) and travel (respect, prioritization, humility).
3) Why do you work for humancraft?
A small team with big ambitions.
4) What has been your biggest challenge in humancraft so far?
The use of various communication techniques when on the other side there are personalities (coaches) who train the given techniques :-)
