Something personal

The greatest joy in Kája's work comes from the feeling that she is useful. He spends the vast majority of his time at work taking care of clients. She tries to be as helpful as possible to clients and gives them the feeling of sincere excellent care. She pampers the trainers and is happy when she feels that thanks to her, they gave an excellent performance during training and that the participants are very satisfied. He does not stop taking care even in his privacy, namely his family, preferably in the mountains and on trips.

1) How would you describe your work in one sentence?

I take care of our clients so that the program they ordered from us goes exactly as well or even better than they expected.

2) What has influenced you in your life and how is it reflected in your work?

In my childhood, I was influenced by sports, specifically gymnastics, which I did and taught me great discipline and hard work. In college, my best friend gave me the courage to try new things. And then starting my first job (humancraft :-), where I experienced that when a person builds something, creates something new, he has to put his all into it, live by it and look for people who share the same values. I use all of these in my work every day.

3) Why do you work for humancraft?

For the team of people we have there. It's my second family. And for the variety of our work.

4) What has been your biggest challenge in humancraft so far?

Coordinate a 2-year Leadership development program for our client in 4 countries, in local languages, with local trainers, with measurable results.

5) What effect does your work have on your personal development and professional path?

I am most influenced by our regular company meetings. There I always learn news from the areas of both personal development and sales and company management.

6) What do you think are the biggest challenges facing corporate education today and how does humancraft try to solve these challenges?

I deal with clients every day that they need education as practical as possible. Today, everyone can easily find theory and best practice, listen to it, and watch a video. However, he no longer has the opportunity to try it himself in a safe environment, to find out what he can/doesn't do, to get feedback on his performance, to get tips on how to do it differently/better. At humancraft, we try to do every training with a maximum of practice on real cases created for the specific situation of the given company.
