Jiří Konečný

Something for work

Jirka is a prompt lecturer and facilitator who specializes in leadership training, group work, facilitation (including facilitation training) and teambuilding outdoor programs.
He also enjoys being the moderator of social and sports events. He can do all of the above in both Czech and English.
Thanks to studying and working abroad, he gained valuable experience and the ability to understand different perspectives.
At the beginning of his career, he worked for seven years in the corporate world in various managerial positions.

Something personal

Jirka is the father of three children. In addition to his family, he loves sports and generally movement and being outdoors, ideally in the mountains.
He has been playing badminton competitively for thirty years, ran a marathon in 4:03 and likes to spend his free time at a cottage in the foothills.

1) How would you describe your work in one sentence?

Through practical training in a safe environment, I train a wide range of topics.


2) What has influenced you in your life and how is it reflected in your work?

I attended a drama school since childhood, later I started hosting social and sports events. Corporate experience is also useful for me.


3) Why do you work for humancraft?

I consider hc to be the best on the Czech market. Has a mastered onboarding and transfer of know-how.


4) What has been your biggest challenge in humancraft so far?

Master presentation skills for 40 people in three hours in English.


5) What effect does your work have on your personal development and professional path?

After years of mainly teambuilding, I'm excited about the fact that I have to work hard on myself to feel good.


6) What do you think are the biggest challenges facing corporate education today and how does humancraft try to solve these challenges?

The amount of information that is thrown at us in today's world. Critical thinking is just one of many necessities.
