The Leadership with Shackleton program helps leaders significantly improve the quality and conduct of critical conversations with an individual or an entire team. We will take the participants to Antarctica, where in smaller expeditions they will try to beat the record for crossing the icy continent.
The polar environment serves as a distinct backdrop for the contemporary working world, in which demands, constant change, complexity and uncertainty are present.
