Growth settings
think
It helps to see the difference between fixed and growth mindsets, their impact on our development and success, and provides specific tips and tricks.

In her research, Carol Dweck shows us that it is possible to develop our intelligence and personality through conscious work with our mindset.
A fixed mindset can often protect us, however, a growth mindset develops and moves us forward, allowing us to achieve better results, worry less, and ultimately be happier and more satisfied. In this course, we look at the differences in mindset, what's behind how to "hook" your mind, and why and how to consciously practice your growth mindset - whether with yourself or with our colleagues or subordinates.

Carol Dweck
Setting the mind
In her book Mindset: The New Psychology of Success, Carol Dweck presents the concept of "mindset", which she divides into two main categories: fixed and growth. A fixed mindset stems from the belief that our abilities and intelligence are fixed, which can lead to avoidance of challenges and fear of failure. Conversely, a growth mindset is based on the idea that abilities can be developed through learning, effort, and persistence.

John B. Arden
Rewire your brain
The book focuses on neuroplasticity – the brain's ability to reshape itself and change based on new experiences and learning. Arden explains how our thoughts, behaviors and emotional habits affect the structure of the brain and how we can actively encourage positive changes in our lives. The book offers practical techniques to help us overcome stress, anxiety and negative thought patterns, and shows how to use the principles of neuroscience to create a healthier and more balanced life.
