The Czech branch of the BREMBO company, the manufacturer of high-end brakes with which, among other things, Formula 1 cars drive, was not in its best form. The company's results were beyond expectations and the atmosphere among the people matched it. Can this situation be solved by developing people? What was the program like?

Over 80 managers and supervisors went through a multi-module leadership program, which was implemented by both external and internal forces focusing on 3 levels:

BREMBO vision and mission, BREMBO Czech strategy and current priorities, functional roles and their contribution to the strategy, mutual synergy and cooperation.

Top management program

A managerial role with an emphasis on communication, leading to performance and motivation, understanding yourself and other personalities in the team and valuing differences, personal productivity and resilience in a changing environment.

Leadership academy

Managerial role, goal setting and feedback, delegation, challenging conversations.

Academy for supervisors and shift leaders

Individual phases of the academy

Over 80 managers and supervisors went through a multi-module leadership program, which was implemented by both external and internal forces focusing on 3 levels:

Cascading knowledge and transferring conclusions and follow-up actions from the Top management program to the Leadership Academy and Academy for Supervisors

Follow-up meetings at individual levels and follow-up workshops

Use of a cycle of weekly plant-wide meetings to strengthen management standards and reflect on results
