Lumina Learning is a unique methodology that helps organizations make changes through unique connections of innovative psychometric tools with development. Their intention is to improve personal effectiveness at all levels of the organization.
After the training, the participants will be more sensitive to the various characteristics and manifestations of behavior of individual types. They will be able to adapt their behavior and communication to them, which will thus become more effective. Leaders can use the same knowledge when motivating people or giving feedback, and salespeople when negotiating or communicating with customers. During the training and with the help of their own personal report, the participants will also become aware of their own behavior in different situations and communication preferences for themselves, but also for their colleagues. They will learn to consciously use their strengths and design an actionable development plan for development.
