Tomáš joined humancraft in 2009 after long-term work in managerial positions of companies in the Czech Republic and abroad. Thanks to his work experience, he focused on the development of human resources in the areas of communication, personality typology, leadership and optimization of internal processes. He enjoys working with people and the opportunity to pass on knowledge, skills and principles that lead to their further advancement. In addition to the mentioned soft skills, Tomáš is an expert in the automotive field, from production to the development of dealer networks.

Bea first joined humancraft in the role of relationship manager, but soon moved into the role of coach, facilitator and "visual recorder" thanks to her passion for personal development and visualization. He puts his heart and a lot of energy into his work, which is often contagious to everyone around him. At humancraft, he also participates in our internal development. Bea is also one of the founding members of the European professional organization associating the so-called "visual practitioners".
