"Change is the only certainty in our lives" is a statement about 2,500 years old and today it seems more relevant than ever.

We all sometimes struggle with the fact that some change is too big for us, that we don't want to go into it, or that we resist it with all our might. The program helps participants find out why and when resistance to change arises in us, whether and how it can be prevented or at least mitigated.

Thanks to Carol Dweck's growth mindset model, participants will easily understand what change evokes in us, how we can work with it, how we can approach change, and what will help us manage it. Using Jamie Oliver's engaging story and practical examples, participants will be able to quickly apply the new knowledge to their lives.

VUCA

VUCA is an acronym describing the instability, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity of today's world. It was originally introduced by the US military to describe the conditions of the modern battlefield, but today it is often used in business and management. **Volatility** indicates rapid and unpredictable changes, **Uncertainty** indicates a lack of clear information. **Complexity** means the complexity of problems and the interconnection of various factors. **Ambiguity** refers to ambiguity and different interpretations of situations.

Growth Mindset vs. Fixed Mindset

Growth mindset is the belief that abilities and intelligence can be developed through effort, learning and persistence. People with this attitude see challenges as opportunities for growth and are not afraid of mistakes, which they see as part of learning. Conversely, Fixed mindset represents the belief that abilities and talents are fixed and cannot be changed. These people often avoid challenges because they fear failure, which they perceive as evidence of their limitations. The difference between these approaches affects how people approach problems and how they develop in their personal and professional lives.
