Thanks to the unique personal report, it supports the personal performance of individuals and leaders and more effective communication at work and in private life. This enables better team collaboration.
The Insights Discovery profile is an 18-page personal report that you get based on filling out an online questionnaire. You will study this report thoroughly during our workshops.
In cooperation with Insights Group, we use the online diagnosis INSIGHTS DISCOVERY, which is based on observable manifestations of behavior and communication, not on the assessment of personality quality.
After the training, the participants will be more sensitive to the various characteristics and manifestations of behavior of individual types. They will be able to adapt their behavior and communication to them, which will thus become more effective. Leaders can use the same knowledge when motivating people or giving feedback, and salespeople when negotiating or communicating with customers. During the training and with the help of their own personal report, the participants will also become aware of their own behavior in different situations and communication preferences for themselves, but also for their colleagues. They will learn to consciously use their strengths and design an actionable development plan for development.

Easy to remember - simplified division of the color typology into four colors.
